Does anyone have any suggestions for pain when wearing a wig? I specifically feel pulling by the hairline, like when I put on the wig and tuck my flat short bun in, it automatically pulls at the front hairs and causes pain and headaches...maybe it’s from friction or from tension being pulled over my hair...I’ve tried the clips, combs, and different companies of wig grips, braiding my hair, two side buns, wig caps. So hard to like wearing a wig

I find that with a wig grip it doesn't pull.
I also wear my sheitel (and tichels) a bit farther forward so that gravity helps it stay instead of it naturally being pulled back and having to fight.

Was it like this from day one? The cap of your wig may be too small for your head. This can be fixed by someone that does wig alterations
