Hi
We'll be doing an evening drop-in upshernish. Expecting about 100 people. Any recommendations for how much fruit to serve? In addition to fruit there will be cookies, rugelach, tea, etc.
thinking melons, strawberries, blueberries, grapes? (open to suggestions) and how much of each?
Thanks!

I would do about 3-4 each of cantaloupe/honeydew, 1 nice size watermelon, possibly 2 pineapples, 5-8 lb grapes, 2lb each strawberries, blueberries. Maybe some clementines.
Only put out part of it, replenish every hour. Freeze the leftovers right away afterwards - delicious to eat alone or put in smoothies!
Mazel Tov!

I'm trying to stick away from fruit that can't be washed/cut up in advance. How long do you think watermelon can be good cut up?
