Depends on you, your child, and the teacher. How old is your child?
Ukeleles and violins have four strings; guitars have six. Ukeleles and guitars have frets to tell you where to put your fingers, violins don't. Violins require bowing, the other two, picking or strumming.
Your best bet is to: a) think about whether your child is the type to commit to at least a little bit of practicing every day, and whether you are the type to be sure it happens. In addition to homework. After that, b) find out what teachers are available, and which would be a good fit. And don't forget c) which one you can tolerate being played by a beginner every day!
