What is everyone doing to warm their food? I usually do a blech/hotplate on shabbos but would love to bake some food fresh for the meal. I’ve heard things about ovens being left on and risk for carbon monoxide. What are you guys doing?

Doing a hot plate on a timer so it only goes on for the hours I need it, and will use a neighbors oven for the one thing that needs to be made fresh

My oven will turn off automatically after 24 hours. So if that's your plan, make sure it will stay on.
I personally leave a gas flame/blech.

I have a hot plate and leave it on a timer to go on a little before meal time.
