I'll start:
Sunday: grilled chicken and orzo
Monday: chicken nuggets (poppers for adults, plain for kids) and couscous
Tuesday: pepper steak and rice
Wednesday: something milchig
Thursday: undecided.

I make a menu around what my kids will eat and a switch up meat and dairy.
Me ... always trying to diet . So I work my husbands and mine suppers around what I make for kids
Sunday- Left overs or whatever anyone wants
Monday-Homemade pizza
Tue - Chicken shawarma and FF
Wed- Omelette and Toast
Th- Grilled chicken and rice
