Anyone have information on seminaries in Jerusalem for good bais yakov type girl.

I'd love to hear names of seminaries in Jerusalem and any information you may have on them.

Bais Yaakov type, or chassidish? Your post contradicts your title. Well, I personally think of BY as litvish, but maybe that’s just me.

How about Binas? The principal is chassidish, and the girls are a mix of somewhat chassidish girls (Vein girls, girls with one chassidish parent who went to BYs), and BY out of the box girls. It’s a very warm, unique seminary.

It is just you.

I can understand if to some people BY means general frum; not chassidish or litvish. But, Litvish, why?

Sorosh scheneirer started the BY movement and she was actually Chassidish.

Actually, even today, BY and Chassidish are not a contradiction. There are many Chassidish BY's all around the world; they are Chassidish but don't identify with a particular Chassidus.

Is binas very academic?
She doesn't want to work hard on tests.. rather wants to grow... more hashkafa than BJJ style tests and reports...

And re. Bais Yakov/chasidish.

She went to a school that's a beautiful mix of Chasidish. Litvish.Yeshivish. some Lubavitch and more:) She is chasidish, and wants a more heimish/chasidish crowd.
