How old is the baby?
In general, Culturelle and Florastor are best

It loses effectiveness if it's not refrigerated. They ship it with ice packs.

The best way to make sure your immune system is healthy is to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, sleep enough and be happy. There is no one way to "boost an immune" system and the concept of boosting immunity actually makes little sense scientifically. Overly active immune systems actually make you sick or put you at risk for other diseases (severe reactions to viruses such as the flu, stroke, etc.)
