I have a few recipes for whole wheat rolls but they call for 5 lbs of flour. I could divide them for 2 1/2 lbs of flour but even that is too much for myself and husband to try out and see if we like it. Anybody with a smaller recipe?

I make the dough in my bread machine with 4 cups of flour. Don't have the recipe on me (I'm away), but you can Google recipes for bread machine.

I have one. It's quick and easy, tastes good, and is yeast free.
Recipe:
3 1/2 cups white whole wheat flour
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
Mix.
Add:
1 1/2 cups water
1/3-1/2 cup honey
1/3-1/2 cup oil
Mix.
It's a looser kind of dough so works best if you make them in muffin tins. Makes about 12 rolls.
Spray muffin tin. Put dough in. Brush with egg. Top with sesame seeds.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350.
