What type of crowd is moving there? Super yeshivish or more open minded?
I’m chasidish and I’m wondering if I’ll fit in.
I’m also wondering about the HOA fee if any and how the neighbors are accepting the influx of Jews there.
Any info would be appreciated.

My sister lives there, from what I know definitely not super yeshivish. Most of them are more open minded families . I think there is one chassidish family there.

Out of town type of crowd/American. There are very few Chasidish families there. Most of them are the open minded type/not typical.

Thanks

The houses are at least 10 years old. Typically small 4 bedroom. Not fancy area. Oldest frum kids are maybe 9 or 10 years old.

I would rather not pm you because if I move you will match my screen name to me...
I want to know the neighborhood attitude surroundings the influx of Jews. Also is there an HOA fee?
I don’t care about living yeshivish chasidish labels - I just wanted to know if it’s a super one type minded people living there or all types so anyone will feel comfortable.
This neighborhood seems to be the only affordable one in Toms River.

Liberty village is in the low 400s. Hickory pines is in the 5s or 6’s and up.
