2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 lbs. carrots, shredded
4 eggs
3/4-1 c. oil
1 21 oz. can blueberry pie filling
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and baking powder. Add carrots, eggs, and oil, mix well. Pour mixture into a 9 x 13 pan.
Spread blueberry pie filling on top in three rows (the long way).
Bake at 325 for about an hour and a half-should be moist, not too dry.

have you made this?
I like carrots, and I love blueberries, but this sounds pretty questionable, and super sweet, too.

I have made it-it's good, even though it's a weird combo. It is pretty sweet.
