I would like to bring a gift, something small, a knick-knack, or even a bit more. I want to give it to a cousin that I am visiting. (I am not staying by them, so it is not a hostess gift) Its something to say Hi with and I brought you something small.
TIA

challah cover, shabbos yomtiv matchbox set, beautiful basamim like the lemon oil with the flower in it... - meaningful, small, nice, and lightweight, variety of prices and styles

Something that's special in Israel that you can't get in America. Like certain food/nosh. Or other stuff.

I would bring Judaica, as that's what Israel represents to me. Like a beautiful havdala candle, which will certainly be useful eventually.
