It doesnt pay to get fake. Its gets pealed fast and you feel bad throwing out a functional couch after a few years. You can get a leather one for abt $900 or get a fabric one.

Do you know where I can get a leather one for 900$? We have allergies so I don’t want to get fabric because they are difficult to clean.

I have one in what's called performance fabric. I got it from Churchill two years ago. It has two large cushions. It was $700. Looks great (it's in my playroom and I let my boys jump on it etc- still looks great). There are a few minor imperfections by now, but I have the same thing on my $3000 leather couch (which is much more delicate than this couch).

Fake leather/ vegan leather is vinyl which is fine. Bonded leather is horrible. Will guarantee to peel in very short while. Check out Wayfair for great inexpensive couches.
