There might be a thread like this already, but I can't find it.
I'm a SAHM. When I talk to my kids about salary because some are in the working stages, I say I get paid with nachas. Well, this week I got a huge bonus! 
My 6th grader came home from school this week and said he was talking to one of the boys in his class on what kind of movies they like. Somehow watching after school was brought up and my ds said that his mother doesn't let watching on a school night. The boy must have made a face or said something like your mother is so mean because my ds said, no, she's the best!!! 
We all get those bonuses, what's yours today?

My 4 year old (who is in secular day care) asked me to read Megillah to her last night as her bedtime story, and last week asked me to read the Haggadah to her for her bedtime story!

DDFriend: Wanna hear a crazy story? There was once a yid who abandoned their child. A yid!! Isn’t that crazy?!
DD6: It is crazy. It would also be crazy if it wasn’t a yid.
DDFriend: No it wouldn’t. Who cares about a stupid [non jew]?
DD6: You know g0yim are people too. They have feelings as well. A parent abandoning their child is always crazy.

My daughter got her first college acceptance letter. I’m so happy and proud of her but inside, I’m a mess lol.
