Does anyone know what to do with a package of somen noodles and a package of rice sticks? (Not for the same recipe necessarily).
I can't find a good recipe anywhere....

Are the rice sticks vermicelli? If so, those are usually cooked by putting them into hot oil. They puff right up. If you have ever had Thai food, you probably know what I mean. Somen noodles are good in soups, like miso, or tossed with veggies and a little sesame oil.
