Heard recently that a mekubal (kabbalist) was going to be coming into New York from Israel around now. Does anyone know any details?

Rabbi Moadam is the name I heard. He was recommended by someone connected with Rabbi Benayahu Shmueli is Israel.

Just trying to get the information for someone who is hoping to see him while in NY. Any information greatly appreciated.
