Mousse. It takes longer to beat separated eggs until they're thick by hand but it can be done.

Ices. Ice cream. Compote. Poached pears. Warm apples with ice cream. Nut brittle. Chocolate bark.
Maybe be adventurous, risk a flop and try the crockpot for a cake. Very Happy

There was a no mixer pesach recipe in the circle magazine last week. It’s for chocolate chip biscotti. My 13 year old son made it himself. It came out very good! I underbaked mine by a few minutes and it’s more like chocolate chip cake instead of biscotti. I’m eating it now with my coffee 😊! Let me know if you want the recipe.
I also have a recipe for pineapple cake which can be made without a mixer.

Any mix of nuts and dried fruit. Anything really. Could be slivered almonds, chopped filberts and pecans. Craisins. You can drizzle some white chocolate on top too.

Fruit smoothies in a champagne flute with a whip cream swirl on top.

Would you make something on the stovetop?

Boil Grape juice until it is reduced. Freeze and you have sorbet. The texture is great. Serve with fresh cut up fruit or with ladyfingers, or plain.
Very refreshing.

Yep. Melt 10oz chocolate chips (or 3 bars tofino chocolate). Stir in 16oz whip and 3T almond butter. Pour into pie crust and sprinkle crushed nuts on top for decoration. Freeze, and serve slightly thawed.
