Anybody know of a serious kollel that has less of a “Hungarian” (satmar etc) style crowd. Don’t mean it in a snobby way just wouldn’t be a cultural match

There used to be in Emek Halacha, but I don't know if it's still around. You could also try Derech Chaim.
