Please tell me your low carb best recipes/ combination of dishes.
For example, I love the combination of a large salad and a steak/ chicken/ fatty fish! I’m running out of ideas and I would love to try new things!

Portobello mushroom filled with cheese and spinach, cauliflower crust pizza, hotdogs are low carb if you like them! Grilled vegetables are delicious, zoodles

Big zoodle fan here;
I had a huge green salad for lunch with homemade tuna salad (carb-free). Was stuffed for hours.
I also often make omelettes (one egg plus egg whites +/- cheese) and with veg.

Lunches: Salmon baked with olive oil and spices, grilled eggplant brushed with olive oil, avocado, salad with lettuce mix, olives, cucumber, celery, tomato, Babaganoush. Tuna with high fat mayo. lox. Omelette with mushrooms, cheese. Egg salad.
Dinner: broiled Steak, boiled corned beef, hamburgers, meatloaf, grilled chicken cutlets, chicken quarters baked with olive oil and spices and broccoli/cauliflower, veal...

I rely a lot on A Taste of Wellness (available on amazon). Fantabulous, doable recipes. Rorie Weisberg is also great. She's on kosher.com

I do lots of stir fry veggies. Zucchini, brocolli, cauliflower, mushrooms, red pepper, snap peas. Different combos every night. When my kids have pasta I have sauce and vegetables topped with cheese.
Soups. Chicken soup with celery and zucchini. Low carb minestrone. Beef soup. I eat delicious low carb food and never feel hungry!

It's funny because I'm pregnant and cant look at carbs without gagging! All I've been eating is baked ziti but with zoodles instead, eggplant parm, roasted cauliflower with techina, yogurt, quinoa bowls, omelets, sesame chicken (like every day no joke), and meatballs for the past 6 months.
-Anything with rice or pasta, just substitute with cauliflower rice, spaghetti squash, or quinoa (meatballs, sesame chicken)
-You can easily find low carb wraps.
-Stuffed peppers.
-Stuffed eggplant boats are yummmmm. You cut lengthwise, scoop some out, and roast. Sautee onions and add ground meat and tomato sauce and salt+pepper+garlic to taste. I love to add cumin. Stuff eggplants and drizzle with techina.
-yogurt smoothies for snack (blend with bananas, strawberries, mangos, blueberries...)

Spaghetti squash as salad, in baked zitti, kugel, with cottage cheese, and anyplace really where you'd use spaghetti, is a fave for my family.

Kale sautéed in butter , make 2 “wells” and put in egg in each well. Sprinkle cheese and cover pot till eggs are ready (runny on inside ) . Recipe from busyinbrooklyn
