No, I am not cooking and freezing for next year. I promised someone I would make them a double batch of these cookies. My recipe is away in my Pesach kitchen.
The ingredients are almond butter and probably: sugar
Egg
Almond flour
When they are come out of the oven, a nonpareil is pressed in the center.
I have been making them for years. I think the recipe may have original been on the Chabad website. I can't locate it online.
