Owner? administrator?

If hes an owner its a family business or someone gave him a very big chunk of money, its not self-made.

Average Nursing Home Administrator Salary is $88,312

This is pretty doable in a lot of the careers chosen by Chassidim with the right drive like real estate investments and brokerage, mortgage brokers and lenders, hard money broker, insurance, Amazon selling, construction, etc. But those careers are not right for everyone.

Administrator. Salary can be quite high for a large one or an excellent administrator with a proven track record.

This is one of those myths that if said often become true. It's not.

There are a lot of rich people in our community, but there are a lot of very poor people as well. Dont kid yourself.

And a lot of those rich people went into a family business. And hard money lender as a legitimate career choice? You're kidding, right?

Dh is not there yet but will be there is a few years iyh. Tech industry. He does have some certifications, and went to one of those coding boot camps, but not college. The tech industry is very flexible when it comes to degrees, many people have them, but many don't and are still able to do very well, especially once they've gained experience.

I agree that there are more poor people, which is why I said those careers are not right for everyone, but it is very doable for those who it is right for. Yes, a hard money broker is a doable career. DH's nephew is one. He is paid half of whatever the lender is paid at closing - similar to a mtg broker. He is not the lender himself but a broker for the lending company.
