I want to make a mushroom sauce to go over potato bourekas.
Can I make it now and freeze till yt? Has anyone done this?

I'm usually all for freezing. I find that with mushroom sauce it is never quite right after. I would saute the onions and mushrooms and freeze those to save time.

Always freeze it. Defrost completely before warming up and sometimes add a little water to it

Yes. I freeze it. You may need to add water because it becomes lumpy and thick after freezing. I've done it and it's perfect.

I freeze it all the time and add some water when I reheat it.
