What's the easiest way to prep and cook chicken cutlets for dinner? I want to do it in my oven.

This is my go-to easiest recipe.
Place in one layer in 9x13 pan, pour salad dressing over them, sprinkle to cover in cornflake or bread crumbs, turn over with fork and cover the other side with crumbs. Bake 25 minutes covered, 15 minutes uncovered at 375

Season or sauce and bake uncovered for a short amount of time. Serve immediately.

Marinate in 3 T soy sauce, 1 T olive oil, garlic, ginger for an hour or more. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, turning over once.
On range ... spray cutlets with olive oil. Sprinkle with everything but the bagel spice. Cook about 5 minutes on each side, until done.
