Jerusalem is not anywhere near water, you need to go to Tiveria or the coast or Eilat for boating

There's the Beit Zayit reservoir but I don't think you're allowed to go boating or swimming.

There's park anava in modiin that has a lake. Also ganei yehoshua near tel Aviv.
I heard there might be a new park in RBS gimmel that has a small lake?
Nothing in yerushalayim as far as I know.

I'm not the singer (or any singer). I think she wanted English lyrics that made sense, it would have been difficult to translate the pun about Jerusalem or the other one about Tel Aviv.
