We are doing some home repairs and need to rent a house or apartment
in Flatbush for 3 days,

from Sunday morning July 21st - Wednesday morning July 24th.

This will be for 4 neat and clean people:

An adult
2 teens
and
1 ten year old.
We will be out all day.
References available.

If you have something available; clean and reasonable please advise.

I don't know of anything, but for only 3 nights, wouldn't it make sense just to stay in a hotel?
