My daughters room is bedecked in the rainbow line from pottery barn kids, which had posted about pride , alluding to their merch.

I feel gross about my daughter sleeping amongst design that was created with LGBQT agendas.

Would you bite the bullet and buy new bedding?

Yes.

I stopped buying anything rainbow once the pride movement co-opted it.

What is the LGBQT agenda?

Rainbows can both be nice to look at - AND the Pride symbol (for longer than your child has been alive).

As long as my kid does not associate the two together I would get them whatever bedding they want. I think its over thinking to get new bedding over something that is not on your kids agenda at all.

Well on that note don’t get anything blue and pink because it’s the trans flag. And chv if your kid looks at it, or worse sleeps in it, they may decide they want to be the opposite gender.

No. I like rainbows (and unicorns). Changing the bedding = yielding to LGBT, in my opinion.

My city (in Israel) was recently covered in 'pride' flags and they even put rainbows on the electricity poles. When DD asked what the flags were I said that the Druze were celebrating Very Happy (google their flag...!)

Did someone reference disgusting genitalia hats the Jewish libs also marched in until The Womens March was shut down rather than match with Jews?

That old? Kinda makes you wonder what Kermit was really singing about in the Muppet Movie.

Trust me, rainbow sheets won't make your kid gay. If she likes them, keep them.

Pottery Barn is a store. Their goal is to make as much money as they can. They do not create products to show solidarity with, or to promote an agenda. They create products hoping someone will buy it. They saw this as a way to make money - full stop. Let your kids enjoy their rainbows.

Rainbows are sign of Hashem's covenant with Mankind.
And they are pretty.

I vote keep the sheets.

I wouldn't. You can tell her rainbows symbolize HaShem's Brit with Am Israel. Plus, it's something just in her bedroom. If it were a rainbow backpack, for instance, I would consider getting rid of it because then people seeing her on the street might make assumptions.

I would not buy something that could be misconstrued in public, like certain clothing/ shoes/ backpacks that prominently feature a pride flag. Rainbow stuff in general, especially stuff that stays at home like bedding and toys, I couldn't care less.

I don't think OP is afraid rainbow sheets will make her child gay, she just doesn't want something that reminds her of sin in the house.

Like how you might not want your child to have a Ted Bundy doll, but doesn't mean you're afraid it will turn your kid into Ted Bundy.
