hi,

does anyone have info on these two preschool programs for a 3 year old?
my son has speech delay and behavior issues and he was assigned a special ed placement to these 2 schools.
I am going to check both of the schools out this week but I want to know if anyone has any info or if anyone sent there.
from checking out William O connor doesnt seem like anyone Jewish sends there. I know that Hasc is mixed which im ok with.
Any other special ed preschools in flatbush neighborhood ?
he is very high functioning, doesnt need aba...
would appreciate all info on these 2 schools tia

William OConnor is not a Jewish school.
Hasc is.
The other Jewish preschool I know of is Ais Laasos in Willy.
Such a chaval that Otsar no longer exists.

Ais lassos does not have space for high functioning 3 year olds for the coming year.

I would still suggest calling and seeing if can set up an intake interview. You never know if a slot might open! People move, things happen etc. I would also ask the principal her opinion for other placement options if there is not room at Eis Laasois as she is an excellent resource.

When I checked out William O Conner this year. I was told the one on Ave O and East 13th (they have different sites) has some frum kids and some frum therapists there. I really liked the preschool director at Hasc and the child that was sent there also has speech and behavioral issues . She just started this summer at HASC and so far it is going well. You should definitely check them out.

my child attends hasc not in brooklyn, another site, and I am pretty happy. I would probably choose frum environment above anything else unless the other program was very specifically targetting ur child needs.

Please look into Eis Laasois. they currently have 2 locations. One in Willy and one in BP

They take from 3yo. Not almost turning 3
