How can I remove white paint from dark clothing?

Take it to a dry cleaner. You really don’t want to use the kind of solvent needed to remove paint. You could try alcohol but it probably won’t work.
If the paint is on the surface and not really soaked in, try scraping it off with a plastic card or pumice stone, but you probably already did that.

You'll need paint thinner from a hardware store. Use carefully with a q-tip and keep rest of garment protected with thick rag under the stain.
There's no guarantee that the spot won't fade.

goo gone spray will help only if the garment was not washed you spray on the paint

Ds got wall paint on his pants & just scrubbed gently w a nail brush and oxiclean.
Most if not all the stain came off (I believe the paint was still wet though).
Eta- prob will not work if it's oil based paint

I always used white spirit/turps (UK-I don't know what it's called in the US). If done immediately and then washed off, it should come straight out.
