Glatt Bite is reasonably priced.
Then again, a lot of the big grocery stores have take-out in the back of the store.

There's a really good place near Rita's, I think it's called Pita Hut.

Chicken Munch on Madison & 9th, and across the street from it, Aisle 9 also has take-out.

BBQ...

Buy an electric skillet, and make chicken lo mein. (cook pasta in skillet and drain. Cut chicken breast into chunks, saute in griddle with 1/2 tsp salt and pepper, sliced onion, sliced fresh mushrooms, baby corn, colorful pepper, or whatever veggies your family likes....toss with pasta.)

I do this all the time when I don't want to heat up my kitchen (I have an electric wok).
