I’m looking for a list of jobs that don’t require a college degree or extensive education that also provide a decent parnasa. The income should be not poverty level and not high class but decent enough middle class.

The jobs could require up to 2 years of specialized training or courses.

I’m trying to guide my son in choosing a career.
Please post.

Computer programming. You can do a coding bootcamp in a short period of time. Great potential.

Is he good in sales?

Realtor or mortgage broker may be good for him.

Does he have entrepreneurial skills?

He can start his own business.

Does he have a Yeshiva (college) degree?

He can look into a job that requires a non specialized college degree like an insurance adjuster (for the insurance company) He can also do it for individuals but then he may need entrepreneurial skills.

I work in staffing and recruiting. I really enjoy what I do. I dont think all firms require a degree. I started below market rate but with good benefits now 5 years in I make in the mid 50's with really good work life balance. I could go elsewhere and make more but this works for me and my kids.

You can also take a certificate course in Human Resources and work in HR or payroll administration

Electrician.

Plumber.

If he's good with his hands - many men make a decent parnasah as a general handyman.

Warehouse manager.

Real estate management? Not sure if that's still a thing but I know many men who do that.

IT, programming.

Business owner.

IT, but not programming. Look at help desk, or back-end like infrastructure, operations, systems, etc. If you can rise to upper management level, the pay can be pretty decent.
