My boys are all very sensory and will only wear the tzitzis that is also an undershirt. It adds up, especially when I need to buy a lot at once. Who has the best prices for these? Would prefer online, but can pick up in Brooklyn or Lakewood if need be. Thanks.

Eichlers is having a sale this week on tzitzis, 20% off. They have a website.
I think they have the undershirt tzitis for around $10, so with the sale they'd be $8. AFAIK, that's probably the best price you can get them.
