Homeschooling schools

I looked up homeschooling laws for the state of NY and the state requires a list of people who are instructing the child and those people need a high school diploma or GED.
A list of textbooks and instructional materials must be submitted and the parents must keep and submit a log of instruction hours so that instruction time meets the requirements.
There are also quarterly exams that students must pass.
If the local public schools agree, homeschooling students can use the school library, gym, and career counseling center.

Is there a link stipulating that students from different families have a limit on subjects that they learn together? Obviously families with more than one child teach children together for more than one subject.

Homeschooling rules for ny are as stated above, which was an issue with the chinuch fiasco, since rules are much more stringent than private school, if boe decides to enforce. Most times they don't.

The rule about homeschooling being a private school if its more than one subject is a DOH mandate passed now in August 2019. They also state on their website that if ur child is not fully vaccinated, ur homeschooled child cannot use public school gym, library etc and may not take tests there

Of course they would. Especially if we're looking at fees like $10,000 per child. However, it would be hard to pull it off in the frum community because of the number of children.

Because rabbonim said not to forge and no one is going to New Jersey the school registered there the classes are all in monsey. The whole thing is them trying to run from the system and it won’t work. And so far non are being homeschooled mothers are ok with there kids roaming the streets.
Someone I know her kids have been home since March guess what her kids are like animals now she’s overwhelmed and then we will ask why are kids rebellious!!

Why aren't you helping out this person who is home since March? The issue must be larger than the vax, bec. legally, the anti vaxxers can be in school until TODAY.
Not all of them are, because parents weren't going to put their kids in for 2 weeks, but a cut off date of March indicates other issues.

the schools only allowed those that started giving shots in and have a plan for the next few weeks.

The law was only passed in June. Someone who is home since March has other issues.
Until 2 weeks into school, ALL kids are allowed.
Those who had first set and plan can go till end of school year.
Who is the educated one?
Now I wonder how much other drivel is on here about the homeschool 'laws'.

So whoever's wondering how anti vaxxers got into school without vaccinating- I just found out their secret!
I was so shocked when I heard it, but the person who told it to me said she knows names of people who did it!!

Basically they go to the Dr for shots. (usually to a clinic as their plan works best there)
They tell their child that once the Dr has the syringe fully prepared, they should start kicking and screaming that they don't want the shot.
After a few minutes of a bad tantrum, they offer the dr to leave the room and they will calm their child.
As soon as the Dr leaves they empty the syringe in the sink or anywhere, and fill it with PEDIALITE!!!!
then they call the dr in that the child is all calm now, and the dr administers the VACCINE, and they are back to school!

Again, I couldn't believe my ears when I heard this, but my friend promised me she knows people who did it!! (she's an anti vaxxer herself, homeschooling now, and was debating with me if should do this...)

So sad how low they fell..

Yes, because I am very close the person who told it to me. She is the last type of a person that would lie.
She has a support group, sort of, for all her anti vax friends.
and I know her anti vax friends, some of them would really do anything in the world to get their kids into school, besides giving vaccines, obviously. And they got their kids into school somehow, mysteriously, while declining to say how they did it. They just swore they did not give shots.
