I bought a turkey breast roll on sale recently. Its just sitting in my freezer waiting for me to figure out how to cook it
Looking for ideas please, how do I cook it so that is moist and not too dry? Preferably with a sauce, thanks in advance!

Your sale items are keeping you nice and busy!
Turkey breast is quite dry so either serve it with a good sauce or try pickling it. (Don't ask me how, I usually buy it ready pickled..)

At least your impulsive purchases feed your family! With good food, no less!

Maple glazed Turkey roll. Makes it very moist. It's sweet not savory if thats what you're looking for

Had a turkey roast too-made it for Shabbos and it was delicious.
Warning-I don't measure or pay attention at all.
I put it in a ziplock with jarred garlic, rosemary, tyme, old-left over blush wine, and a squeezed orange. Shook the ziplock to mix. Put in my fridge. Left it there for 4 hours when I went to work.
Came home. Shook it. Turned it upside down for about another 1-2 hours, until I was ready to deal with it.
Put in a Pyrex and baked -uncovered at about 400 until it smelled good and started looking done on top. Left it in for another 10 minutes to make sure it was done. Took it out. Did not tent.
Made Shabbos 1/2 hour later.
It was delicious.
