A spin off on the jello pie
Mini trifle cups. Layer red jello (flavor of your choice), lemon pie filling from can, whip topping (I use the spray can b/c it makes for a nice presentation, and make sure to do it b4 shabbos starts).
Tastes great, especially for summer months.

I just made this last night. I whipped 1 risch;s whip, added crushed oreos. I didn't crush them to small. I like nice sized chunks & spread it in a choc graham cracker crust & froze it.
