In general, are recipes that call for honey instead of sugar any less fattening?
Also, is there any way to make a breakfast muffin that will work on a diet? I'm not on any specific diet, just trying to lose 10 pounds of birth control/antidepressant/emotional eating weight gain.

no it's not less fattening, it actually has more grams of sugar per volume than sugar does. Google keto breakfast muffins, or paleo breakfast muffins, cut the coconut sugar in half or quarter and sub stevia for the rest
