My whole life right now is so overwhelming, and my brain just can’t come up with a shopping list for food to stock my fridge, freezer, and cabinets with. I have lots of teens, and when we are hungry and look for food to help ourselves to for snacks, easy put together meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and what to have on hand, for when my friends and kids’ stop by... Coukd anyone please give me a detailed list? I’d be so appreciative!

Do your kids eat healthy or junk?
You can have veg for salad, baby's carrots cherry tomatoes, lettuce.
Bread cheese and ketchup or frozen pizza.
Cereal and milk, yogurt and string cheese.
Crackers tuna and peanut butter
Oatmeal in packets. Applesauce or other fruit cups.
I like to warm up frozen vegetables for a quick snack.
It all depends on your family's preference.

Girls or boys?

Some ideas - frozen pizza, gefen soup in a cup, rice cakes with peanut butter, flatbread with cheese, yogurts, cans of tuna, string cheese, crackers with cheese, grilled cheese maker with bread, ketchup, and cheese, George foreman with hamburgers or franks, fish sticks.

I don't know much about girls, though .

Fruit - apples, grapes, bananas mostly
Veggies
Dried fruit
Milk
Coconut/almond milk
Yogurt squeezers (we like them frozen)

Cottage cheese singles
Guacamole singles
Water bottles
Hot cocoa mix
Coffee
Applesauce squeezers
Frozen pizza

I find that when all my kids are home, no matter how much I stock up, there’s never anything to eat (for them at least). Rolling Eyes

I always have fresh fruit and vegetables in the fridge, baking ingredients (sugar, flour, salt, baking powder and soda), some bread product (rolls, sliced bread, pita, and/or tortillas), rice crackers, milk, sliced cheese, cream cheese, peanut butter, jam, honey, silan, yogurt, breadcrumbs, cans of tuna, some sort of pasta, rice, beans (canned and/or dried), eggs, cornflakes, cheerios, and chumus. Other than there are tons of other things I usually have in the fridge or pantry, but I don't think we ever don't have at least these staples.

So easy last minute food options are veggies with chumus, tuna patties, pancakes, grilled cheese, rice and beans, quesadillas, omelettes, PB&J, baked potatoes, individual pizzas (if we have tomato sauce, made with a pita or tortilla or even just a slice of bread), homemade macaroni and cheese (or, of we have mushrooms, then pasta with a mushroom cream sauce), stir fry, burritos...
