Is anyone here troubled by people posting “top 10%” questions like “where can I get the best shaitel for under $10K?” or “ who’s having a sale on Ferragamos?” on the same site where women are posting that they haven’t enough money to buy food? Explain your response.

Nope im not bothered. Its one of the things I love about imamother. It opened my mind to sooo many different types of people. And yes that includes suffering ive never known and excess ive never been exposed to !

In your opinion, what is the maximum sheitel price about which one can enquire?
I think we can all agree that it would be impractical to police this.

This is not BernieSanders.com. It’s a site where there are all kind of questions and we try to support all of them!

Is it fair to ask what you should buy for your husband’s birthday when some people don’t have husbands here?
Is it fair to complain about a child’s behavior when some people don’t have children?
What about yeshiva week ideas? My kids won’t be doing anything other than go to alternative day care while I’m at work! No fair!
We need to be kind an sensitive to others l, but we also need to learn not to be offended and jealous from other people at the same time.

I am similarly happy to see an imamother get financial help, find the perfect sheitel or get the best recipe for shabbos.
I am also happy for the mother who finds matching gowns for her 12 daughters to wear to her son’s wedding.
I am happy for the mother dealing with infertility to get the chizzuk and advice she needs.
I am even happy to hear about a great Amazon find.

As someone who sometimes doesn’t have money for food, I’d like to say that I think it’s amazing that there are people blessed with an abundance allowing them to purchase $10,000 wigs.

If it was only for poor people half the fun would be ruined. I like to read about all walks of life. Please post about your pesach hotels and European vacations as well as complaining that you need money for yom tov.

If it’s the same person I would be bothered but there are actually people that have that money to spend and they don’t need to not spend it to put bread on my table!
My problem would be if it would all financially unstable people posting these stuff, but I assume it’s people that are living in houses and stuff I can’t have either
