Did a/o here take Dina Friedman’s Chanoch Lnaar course ?
I’d like to hear a sample of how such a scenario would be handled according her mehalach before purchasing...
Older boy has own bedroom-(all kids want it)
Other 3 kids sleep t/g.
Mother buys book shelves for kids bedroom.
Older boy tantrum, then just bloozing & getting done e/t parents say upsettingly..acts up again...all b/c want as well such bookshelves...
Gave option switch beds with other kids ,but will not sleep own bedroom...basically can’t hsve it all
Understands,but doesn’t care,& says openfront
“I’m jealous,I don’t want move out ,I want both...”
Mom says srry ,I understand, but can’t have it all...
Child still mad next day....
How Dina handle such for an example???

Just empathize. Truly put yourself in his shoes, feel his pain, and say sympathetically you really wanted both, you're having such a hard time.
