I’d build a special room as an extension to my house . It would be a room all for myself where I could craft, pamper myself, read in peace and quiet, relax, chill out , journal...my own little sanctuary.

I've gotten "gifts: and used it to pay for alternative medical testing to figure out what's going on with me in order so that I can get healthier. If I can figure out babysitting, I would really like to get a massage. I hired a personal organizer. Still in the process... but most gets invested for the future...

I would not be able to bring myself to spend the $20000 on this but I would love it if someone would gift me a Pesach hotel (European preferred) vacation for my family.

I’m so busy working and giving to everyone in my family that I would use towards self care & self improvement/ growth
For starters personal trainer & health coach
Cut back my hours slightly so I have time for me- enroll in a course that interests me and would allow me to make a more lucrative income
get a new wardrobe & accessories after my personal training sessions get me to my goal

A wunderwig. Someone to take me shopping for a whole new wardrobe. Someone to take me shopping for and teach me how to apply good make up. Healthy food prepared daily such as hearty tasty soups and fresh salads.

Do a root canal on a tooth now infected and really painful, and 2 implants. I've been waiting 5 years as I don't have money for it. About $5000 discounted!

Pay for my son's tefillin - his Bar Mitzvah is in less than a year. $3,000. Put aside for his Bar Mitzvah. I do very basic. $7,000

$5,000 to go on a vacation with my husband. Married almost 2 decades and haven't gone on a vacation. Only "vacation" was flying to a sibling's wedding and staying a little longer to go touring and meet family.

And get a sheitel that fits. Not one from a gemach that's too big and too light and not my style. We only wear sheitels outside.

I'm going to answer this first without reading the other replies. We'll see if things change after I read through the thread.
Since I don't own a home and I'm living in a basement apartment, it won't be any home improvements or even furniture. Firstly, I would increase my cleaning help to every day. I now have 3 times a week from 2-3 hours. Then I'd do laser full body. Also maybe Invisalign and or veneers. Maybe a lace top wig. Definitely a luxury vacation.I might hire a professional organizer. Maybe spend a bit on clothes, but probably not too much.
