I pay the women who cleans for me the going rate in my city. I pay her for 3 hours a week. She doesn't always stay the full 3 hours but I pay her for it anyway since she always cleans the same amount each time.
My house is always neat and she doesn't do sorting or laundry etc. I always give her food and drink when I am around and she knows she can take whatever she wants from the pantry.
She cleans the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, washes the floors, and vacuums the rugs.
I am in the middle of finishing my basement and when I am done there will be an additional 2 bathrooms to clean plus 2 area rugs to vacuum. She wont have to wash any additional floors since the basement floor is covered by the rugs.
Based on the time it takes her to clean currently, she is probably getting the work done in 2.5-2.75 hours and I am paying for 3.
I estimate the additional work will take 1 hour more at most. Is it reasonable to ask her clean all of the above and pay her for 4 hours?
It would be: 1 kitchen, 5 bathrooms, floors, and rugs.
I just don't want to take advantage or anything. She is not the type to communicate what she thinks.

Pay her for as many hours as it takes her to complete the job.

Are those bathrooms going to be used so much since they are spare? If not, I think it's very reasonable.

I think kitchen, 5 bathrooms, floors ( for how many rooms?) should take about 5 1/2 hrs

She is quick and not thorough at all. I'm fine with it, that's her style, but no way she would take that long.
She probably won't even take 4 hours even if I pay her for that.
