Hi all,
My husband is iyH finishing Shas soon, and we are making a private siyum for friends and family to celebrate this milestone.
Any idea how to word the invitation? I really don't know how to even start. I don't think I've ever even received one to compare it to!

Same way you'd word any other invitation.
Your presence at the occasion of the celebration of completion the completion of Shas would be a privilege and an honor. An event is transformed into a simcha by the nearest and dearest who come to share in our times of joy.
Or whatever other nusach you usually use.
You can also send an email saying we'd love for you to join us by the siyum DH is making. No wording necessary.

Does one issue invitations to a siyum? Isn’t it a seudat mitzvah like a bris to which you davka don’t invite, merely inform?
