For postpartum?

I am 12-14 weeks away from due date. Is now too early? We'd eat the food in 12-17 weeks from now.

3 months before. But if you have the koach now, just do it, even if it will be used closer to 4 months from now. Mark the dates on all your frozen items and use the oldest items first.

Thanks!

It's about three months-three and a halfway months away; depending if I'm on time or late (last time I was two weeks late!)
I'm the type of person who can only relax once it's done- so I want to cook and freeze and not worry about it

Do it. I've eaten things older than that and had no problem.
Make sure to double wrap and place in freezer bags

Cook now and wrap really well. Smart for planning ahead. Do it now while you can still stand etc.

Do whatever you can while you can. You may end up needing it at the end of your ninth too
