Condolences to the families of those who were killed today in the kosher grocery story in Jersey City. The deceased names have been releAsed as Rabbi Shlome Friedman 🕯
Mrs Chava Gold 🕯 and
Mrs Leah Mindel Ferentz.🕯 May their families be comforted among the mourners of Zion and May they know no more sorrow.

So far everything is just speculations. There were no names released yet.

I’m so distraught from this tragedy. My son in a nearby yeshivah goes to this grocery every Friday.
Why don’t they release the names of the shooters? Who were they? Were they Americans? Arabs?
They still have to investigate WHO shot WHO in the grocery. So they are not releasing the bodies yet. There is more to it than anybody knows....

So the theory about Mr Friedman and Mrs Gold is true....BH for that....
I am not taking away how sad sad sad the fact that the bochur and the owner’s wife were confirmed...

I think there will be many of us up tonight to keep you company. I can't stop thinking of these families. My heart is in shreds. (and I'm also sooo scared.)

The niftar lost her mother at a young age too. This family has been through so much already. 😢

Was just telling DH this. Her mother didn't pass away at a young age but was nebach a vegetable for many years. They have gone though a lot.

The owner had gone next door to daven mincha when this happened

in a sad twist of fate, the bachur's mother is a first cousin to Mrs. Ferencz (making them first removed cousins). He was in the neighborhood.

It might sound crazy, but the fact that they were targeted by muslims, gives me a strange small feeling of comfort. They died al kiddush hashem.
They were also a korban so the children could live.
