I see tzedakos and takanah chasuna places have access to kallah packages which are basically bulk buyer discounted items (gown, sheitels, furniture, appliances, ect) available at slightly above wholesale cost. I don't want to take tzedaka, but I am on a budget and would like to get the most economically responsible options. Does anyone have contact info about where I can get access to these kallah packages? Thanks!

There are choson kallah malls in places like Williamsburg and Monroe. It seems you can choose one of their packages that includes the items you need at a flat rate (furniture, jewelry, home goods).
For a bridal gown, you can try Ehrenfeld's. For wigs I think you need to shop sales.

My understanding of chassuna malls is that they may actually cost more but they work things out with both sides rather than buying piece by piece.

There's a chasuna mall in Brooklyn & Monsey. But gowns & wigs are not included.
The package generally includes:
Dining room furniture
Bedroom furniture
Dinette set
Housewares
Linens
Towels
Jewelry, silver, and judacia gifts.
