what can I get my sister as a Thank u gift for watching my son who was not feeling well while I went on vacation??

I feel guilty that he gave her sucha hard time... she is not the type to go to a spa or somehting like that.... she never spends money on herself, only her kids, I want to make her feel special, but I dont think she will appreciate a gift that has to do with pampering or beauty..

any suggestion will be much appreciated!!

thanks!!

Let her go out to eat one night with her dh while you pay for the babysitting and meal.

All, great suggestions! Or, a gift certificate to a home store.

Set of linen. I went the extra mile of washing it and putting on to the beds, it was a huge surprise.

wow, thanks for all the suggestions, but here is the next question.
how much is a nice amount to spend? I know linen is quite expensive...
I was thinking like up to 200. he was with her for 5 days. is that enough, too much?? dunno...
thanks!!

I made an estimate of how much a paid babysitter would cost me… I bought a cheaper set for about $145 in total after the fancy pillowcases.

Set of linen is a great idea! I would appreciate that as a gift as well. What I would NOT appreciate is someone putting it on my beds.

I like the linen idea too. I'm particular with my sets though, so I'd appreciate being able to choose my own, or at least it should be exchangable.
