2 cups flour
3/4 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup (8oz) sour cream
1/2 cupvegetable oil
2 eggs
2 T. popy seeds
2 T milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon extract
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt. set aside. combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Stin into dry ingerdients just until moistened. Fill greased mini muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
Yield: about 3 1/2 dozen
