This is the first Sunday in a while that all 3 DC (young teens) don't have plans or activities. Any idea for a low cost family outing other than standards like bowling or skating? Any special programs or activities? Unknown but terrific destintions? Thank you.

Eastern State Penitentiary in Philly. It's not free, but it's not exorbitant, and kids that age will love it. For less money, check out Duke Farms, which offers $5 bike rentals for as long as you want, and is completely free if you bring your own.
