Hi. I'm looking for a recipe I think binah magazine once posted. It's an ice cream and sorbet log covered with chocolate in a disposable log pan. If anyone has it and can please share it I'd really appreciate it. Thank you!

It was from bought ice cream & sorbet defrosted.
one side( top) of log pan you fill with vanilla ice cream. other part ( bottom) you fill with strawberry sorbet. You freeze both. Then put together one on top of the other, when frozen, to form a full circle, showing half red & half white, when cut into slices. Cover entire log with melted chocolate.
