Time sensitive! What should the lab coat “say”?

Personalizing a lab coat for our little doc & want it to be as authentic as possible...

So looking at a pic from one of our docs it says:
First name last name, md
Attending physician
Pediatric Critical medicine

So here’s my issue- lab coat has ‘doctor’ already embroidered.
So I ironed on right on top first name last name

My options are: leave ‘doctor’ and then right below iron letters of specialty my child is presenting. Or add ‘attending’ over the word doctor and have ‘physician’ on the next line.
There’s isn’t so much room to have on one line...
And I don’t know if I can squeeze ‘MD’ in.

Ok, don’t laugh from my ‘daagus’! I’m happy to be playing around with this for a change:)

Why does it have to be davka on that pocket?
Let that word be and all the words that you want to add put somewhere else.

Maybe buy smaller Letters so there will be less spaces? I'm a perfectionist so it's not such a good idea to ask me but with these big letters the word doctor comes through in the empty spaces.

With smaller letters you might be better off.

Plan B- the way it's in the picture is realky great! Just stick it on and have a happy purim and may you never have to use a real doctor!!

These were the smallest letters...

Theoretically I can try to find a white piece of material (bedika?) and sew it into doctor and THEN add letterings. But I’m TIRED and this place is a MESS and everyone is home tomorrow and I still need to cook and finish m’m and and and.....
