The National Guard is delivering food in New Rochelle. Is there any way to help the residents there?Maybe send them shalach manos leftovers?

They don't need shaloch manot leftovers. Most people there aren't quarantined, and those who are have access to food deliveries, with or without the National Guard. There have even been deliveries from canceled simchas and events.
Davening is always good, though.

young isreal of scarsdale member s are helping the 1000 people of young isreal of new rochelle
who are in self quaratine
the rabbi fink the rabbi of young isrela of new rochelle and his wife have it
the shul was ordered closed
they have seasons a supermarket that is delivering food for free
we have a chinese restaurant that delivers and a pizza store
young isreal of scarsdale is closed on their own
the rabbi is self quarantined and many member s of this shul are self quarantined one member is being tested to see if he has it he attended many events at the shul
at the jre one member tested positive and thoses people are self quarantined

the jre people are connected to the young isreal of white plains
all the jewish schools are closed
at westchster torah academy a few students have it
and at westchster day school one child has it and many students are self quarantined
as sar around thirty people have it from the daughter of the lawyer who first had it and is still in the hospital (hgih school)
the young isreal of new rochelle people will soon be out of being self quarantined and 30 people with mandotary quarantine
many members of young isreal of new rochelle were not tested
