True. I wholeheartedly agree. So then why hasn't any doctor anywhere brave it and publish a clip threatening their communities? Because it's pointless.Everyone everywhere was exposed, many will get many will not, many might become critical many might not. His video made it seem as if KJ resident are irresponsibly going about their lives that will consequently overwhelm the local hospitals on the account of other county residents. This statement caused unwarranted hate from local resdents who really believed him and panicked.

OP - I think the vast majority of us here would agree that Dr. Z didn't consider the full impact of his "90% message".

His message wasnt about community but about treatment he believes in. The letter was only written to politically clear that up, nothing else. The same parties signing the letter have a script for the drug from him.
